Emily began her career with C&W as a cadet in 2010 while completing her university studies. Over the years, she progressed through management and associate roles before becoming a Partner, building 16 years of experience within the firm. She is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Financial Administration from the University of New England.

Emily works closely with small to medium businesses from their earliest stages through periods of growth and change. A key part of her approach is helping clients establish the right structures, systems and financial foundations to support where they want their business to go next. Outside the office, Emily and her husband run a small cattle farm, and she also enjoys horse riding with her daughter.
