Carita’s connection with C&W began with work experience while she was still at school. After completing her studies, she returned as a junior accountant and has since progressed through the firm to become a Partner. Now a Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor of Accounting and 18 years of industry experience, Carita brings both long-standing C&W knowledge and practical business expertise to her clients.

Her focus is working with small to medium businesses, particularly agricultural and agriculture-related enterprises. Carita enjoys supporting businesses through the challenges and opportunities that come with operating and growing in regional communities. Outside work, much of her time is spent supporting local sport and volunteering on committees that help create opportunities for young people in the community.
